RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
At RTS Store, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes/liquids), we have a specific return policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unopened, unused, and still in its original shrink-wrapped packaging. Once the seal is broken or the perfume has been sprayed, we cannot accept a return.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items:
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken bottle) or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at officialrtsstore@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +92 322 1144 399. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Process:
To start a return, please send us a request with your order number. Once approved, you can ship the item back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
